To remove heat from the radiator:
- A water cooling radiator is composed of dense metal fins and winding coolant passages. Without a fan, heat exchange on the fin surfaces depends mainly on natural convection, where sluggish airflow allows a "thermal boundary layer" to form, greatly hindering heat transfer. The fan’s high-speed blades create a directed airflow that forces air to sweep across the fins at high speed, constantly replacing warm air with cool air at ambient temperature. This dramatically lowers thermal resistance and enables efficient heat transfer.

It is particularly suitable for water cooling radiators, tower air coolers, or high-impedance chassis intake applications, ensuring that airflow "presses through" every cooling fin and avoiding airflow drop-off.

The MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) can exceed 50,000 hours, allowing for stable operation for several years even under 24x7 continuous use. - The fan frame made of PVC composite material achieves an ideal balance between structural strength, vibration damping & noise reduction, and durability. This material is modified from traditional PVC by adding elastomers, toughening agents, or glass fibers, which not only enhances impact and bending resistance—ensuring the frame does not crack or screw holes strip under long-term high-speed operation—but also effectively absorbs blade vibration and reduces chassis resonance noise thanks to its high internal damping coefficient. Furthermore, the optimized formulation offers excellent heat resistance (dimensionally stable from -20°C to 80°C) and a flame retardancy rating of UL94 V-0. Even when used on radiators for extended periods, it resists aging and deformation, balancing safety with long service life.
